Fruta, Tijuana Day 32

A photograph cannot begin to convey how fresh & delicious the food is here. But tonight for dinner, I made bistek, sliced paper thin, covered with fresh mole from Mercado Hidalgo, lentils & brown rice, fresh corn tortillas, and a green salad.
