Angel sitting on the wall of his house, on Calle Isla San Lorenzo, in the colonia Camino Verde.  Mural artists Spel Uno & Shente finished their mermaids piece that day as part of a Reacciona Tijuana project to paint inspiring murals on people’s homes.
